Jamia Millia Islamia organized a workshop on Prototype/Process Design Development-Prototyping.
The institution’s Innovation Council, Jamia Millia Islamia (JMI), in collaboration with E-Cell, JMI, organized a workshop under the leadership of the Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship (CIE), JMI on Prototype / Process Design Development-Prototyping on March 11, 2022. The main objective of the workshop was to manifest the importance and necessity of prototyping in the contemporary technological world.
The virtual workshop began with hosts, Ayush Kumar and Madiha Siddiqui, welcoming the session’s guest speaker, Zafar Ahmad, co-founder of Al Digital World Pte Ltd. and alumnus of BTech Computer Science, batch of 2005 and an MBA (IT) from United Business Institute, Belgium. Ahmad is currently involved in a number of additional start-ups, both as a pro bono consultant and as a potential investor.
Speaking about his startup, he shared with the audience the importance of prototyping while focusing on the need for investment interests, intending to help them scale to the next stages of growth.
With a personal touch of motivation and guidance, he answered questions posed by attendees after his presentation.

The event also brought together all members of the institution’s Innovation Council, JMI, and students from across the university.
Over 100 students participated in the event, achieving its goal of educating attendees about prototyping and its all-encompassing themes through an entrepreneurial lens.
