Benoit Realty is launching a series of real estate events with a drag-themed workshop designed for first-time home buyers.
The “Go!” The workshop will include a comedy by local drag performer, Dora Knob, and her sidekick Dora Belle.
It will cover topics such as where to start, properties to avoid, the bidding process, negotiation, inspection, topic removal, mortgages and financing.
